Agreement to Establish a Regional Problem-Solving Platform and a Foundation for 'Citizen-Led Social Problem Resolution'
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] The Gwangju Community Chest of Korea (Gwangju Sarangui Yeolmae) announced on the 7th that it has joined hands with the Gwangju Regional Problem-Solving Platform to realize social values that lead citizen-driven social problem solving and regional development.
The day before, the signing ceremony was attended by Lee Seongdo, Secretary General of the Gwangju Community Chest of Korea, Lee Mincheol, Executive Director of the Gwangju Regional Problem-Solving Platform, and staff members.
The two organizations shared the declaration of the agreement and pledged to carry out the plan without any setbacks.
The agreement was signed with the content that citizens will actively participate in the Gwangju Regional Problem-Solving Platform to solve social problems and drive regional development, and develop it into a platform for realizing social values.
The Gwangju Community Chest of Korea will focus on cooperation for realizing social values, while the Gwangju Regional Problem-Solving Platform will play a key role in building a network for solving regional social issues.
