Providing Opportunities for Beginner Farmers to Cultivate Hamyang Wild Ginseng
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Hamyang-gun, Gyeongnam announced on the 7th that it will re-lease the pilot farm where returnees to farming and rural areas can experience cultivating wild ginseng, which was created after being selected for the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's public project in 2018 among the Hamyang Sanyangsam Welcome Farm.
The pilot farm of the Welcome Farm is leased to returnees to farming and rural areas, and as a result of the first recruitment, 5 farms have been leased.
In this announcement, a total of 13 plots, each with an area of 66㎡, will be leased. It is expected to be a good opportunity for those who narrowly missed the previous application.
The eligibility requirements are those aged 19 or older who have lived in urban areas (excluding towns and townships at the county level) for more than one year as of the announcement date and have moved into Hamyang-gun within 5 years. Applications will be accepted for 6 days from May 10 to May 17.
