Operation of Library Road Humanities Free Semester Program 'Writing to Unfold Dreams'

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] Heo Yoon-geum, director of Goseong Library under the Gyeongsangnam-do Office of Education, signed a business agreement with Goseong Middle School on the 7th and will operate the 2021 Library Humanities on the Road Free Semester Program.

This year, Goseong Library was selected for two categories in the Library Humanities on the Road public contest hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism: the advanced course - writing together and the free semester system, and will operate humanities programs for local residents.

At Goseong Middle School, under the theme of the free semester system "Writing to Unfold Dreams," the program will be held eight times from June 12 to July 14 at the Solteo Library of Goseong Middle School for members of the reading club every Wednesday.

This program will be conducted with instructor Kang Sharon, who has abundant experience, guiding youth to create portfolios with their own unique colors through logical writing methods necessary for career exploration and proactive self-expression.

A library official stated, "Through this agreement, the library and the school will maintain a cooperative relationship, and by utilizing the library as a place for various experiences and activities for students, we hope it becomes a meaningful journey where students connect their own stories as writing material and find their career paths."
