Park Kyung-mi, Blue House spokesperson, stated on the 7th, "President Moon will give a special speech on his 4th anniversary in office at 11 a.m. on the 10th at Chunchoo-gwan."

Considering the COVID-19 social distancing situation, 20 reporters selected in advance by the Blue House press corps are expected to attend as 'questioners.'

A key Blue House official said, "It is difficult to specify the exact duration of the special speech, but it is expected to be about 20 minutes. I am not aware whether sensitive issues are included in the speech content."
