- Spacious design realized through Moaelga's exclusive 5-bay specialized floor plan
- Innovative layout with high space utilization offering terrace, pantry, dressing room, and storage per unit
With the decrease in outdoor activities due to COVID-19, the number of people staying at home is increasing. Consumers are increasingly viewing apartments not just as simple living spaces but as complex spaces where they can enjoy leisure activities. Construction companies are strengthening community facilities exclusively for residents within complexes and designing spaces that align with current trends to meet this demand.
In fact, newly launched apartments featuring specialized designs such as 5-bay layouts, pantries, dressing rooms, and terraces are gaining popularity. These designs offer not only a sense of spaciousness but also advantages in lighting, ventilation, and airflow. In the past, specialized designs were mainly applied to large units in mixed-use or general apartment complexes, but recently, innovative designs maximizing service areas have been applied to small and medium as well as medium-large units to enhance marketability.
A real estate official stated, “As family structures change and individual privacy becomes increasingly important, apartments that maximize space utilization with 5-bay designs, alpha rooms, and household storage will be very popular in the sales market.”
MoA Elga’s unique differentiated design establishes it as a strong player in the housing industry through word of mouth
Hanah Construction plans to launch ‘Hakgok District MoA Elga Grande’ in the Chuncheon area this May. The complex is a large-scale apartment located in the center of Chuncheon’s Hakgok District, scheduled for completion in December 2021. It consists of 7 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 762 units offering exclusive areas of 84 to 100㎡, providing a variety of unit sizes to broaden consumers’ housing options.
Among the 762 units, 742 are 84㎡ units, which are the most preferred size by consumers, while 10 units are 92㎡ and another 10 units are 100㎡, expanding the range of choices. Inside the units, the design mainly features 5-bay layouts along with terraces, dressing rooms, and pantries.
Additionally, storage rooms for each household, which have not been seen in Chuncheon before, will be provided. These storage rooms are available to all units and can store bulky or infrequently used items such as golf bags, camping gear, and seasonal items, thereby increasing space utilization.
As expected from a large-scale apartment complex, landscaping will be well developed. The complex will have wide distances between buildings and will include a spacious central plaza, a European garden, children’s playgrounds, and resting areas. Community facilities will include a study room, book caf?, small library, daycare center, and senior citizens’ center, enhancing convenience for residents. Additionally, a multipurpose gymnasium and fitness center will be provided to support residents’ health.
Behind the complex lies Anmasan Mountain, offering beautiful scenery throughout all four seasons, while Hakgokcheon Stream flows in front, creating a natural environment typical of a mountain-back, water-front setting. Nearby children’s parks and neighborhood parks are also planned, boasting a rich and healthy living environment.
‘Hakgok District MoA Elga Grande’ is located at the forefront of Chuncheon IC, providing easy access to the Jungang Expressway and the Seoul-Yangyang Expressway. Using the nearby Gyeongchun Line, it takes about an hour and a half to travel from Seoul to Chuncheon, offering excellent transportation connectivity.
The housing exhibition hall for ‘Hakgok District MoA Elga Grande’ will be set up in Chuncheon City, Gangwon Province.
