Prudential Life Selects 'Star WM,' VIP Dedicated Comprehensive Financial Experts

[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Prudential Life Insurance announced on the 7th that it held the launch ceremony of the 'Star WM (Wealth Manager)' at the 'Star Wealth Manager Lab' in Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu.

The launch ceremony was attended by Yang Jong-hee, Vice Chairman of KB Financial Group; Min Ki-sik, President of Prudential Life Insurance; Kim Young-gil, Head of WM/Pension Division at KB Financial Group; and Son Nam-suk, Head of Gangnam Sales Region Group at KB Kookmin Bank.

Star WM consists of financial experts from Prudential Life Insurance who provide comprehensive financial asset management services for high-net-worth individuals based on the know-how and network of KB Financial Group.

Prudential Life Insurance selected 28 life planners (LPs) as Star WMs who passed strict criteria including financial professional qualifications, VIP customer consulting experience, and expertise. After a six-month pilot period, additional qualified LPs will be selected.

A Prudential Life Insurance official stated, "The combination of the company's strength in having the nation's top-level life planners and the know-how of KB Financial Group, which has the largest sales network in Korea, will create synergy in the asset management field," adding, "We will enhance customer satisfaction by providing optimized VIP services according to changing economic conditions and individual financial situations."
