[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Fairmont Ambassador Seoul announced on the 6th that it will offer a Parents' Day promotion to express gratitude to parents in celebration of Parents' Day.
This promotion will take place at Spectrum, the all-day dining restaurant located on the 5th floor of the hotel, and will be operated as a lunch and dinner buffet.
The Spectrum buffet consists of a Western kitchen and an Asian kitchen, with a separate dessert corner, allowing guests to enjoy a plentiful meal. The Asian kitchen features live sections where chefs personally carve Peking duck, crispy pork, and char siu. Seasonal steamed snow crab and abalone, as well as a live noodle corner where guests can select ingredients to their liking, are also available. The Western kitchen offers tomahawk steak featuring three premium cuts served together, grilled lamb chops, and pasta dishes.
Spectrum's Parents' Day promotion will be held for lunch on May 8th and 9th, with the first session from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM and the second session from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM. Dinner will be offered over three days from May 7th to 9th, with two sessions from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM and 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM. The price is the same for both lunch and dinner, at 120,000 KRW per person (tax included).
