Starting as a Patent Management Specialist Company, Free E-Discovery Training Campaign
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Intellectual Data (CEO Jo Yong-min) announced on the 6th that it will conduct a campaign to provide free in-house training on the e-discovery system (electronic evidence disclosure) for domestic companies.
The U.S. 'e-discovery,' known as the electronic evidence disclosure system, is a system that requires caution regarding evidence preservation measures. It is explained that e-discovery training for employees is important because not only corporate legal teams but all employees must comply with legality and work together.
The purpose of this campaign is to support the establishment of e-discovery strategies for domestic companies involved in overseas patent litigation. It is operated targeting domestic companies with frequent or likely overseas litigation and is planned to continue until the end of this year.
Intellectual Data's e-discovery training helps build e-discovery response capabilities through ▲actual work processes related to e-discovery ▲cost reduction methods for e-discovery ▲key security inspection points.
Jo Yong-min, CEO of Intellectual Data, said, "Through this campaign, we hope that Korean companies will have the opportunity to pre-establish e-discovery response strategies, reducing concerns about litigation costs and data security safety."
