Seohi Construction Opens First Priority Subscription for 'Jiksan Station Seohi Starhills' on the 11th Jiksan Station Seohee Starhills New Planning City Perspective View



[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] Seohi Construction announced on the 6th that it will accept first-priority subscriptions starting from the 11th for ‘Jiksan Station Seohi Starhills,’ being developed in the Sinwol-ri area of Seonggeo-eup, Seobuk-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungcheongnam-do.


This complex will be built with 8 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, totaling 653 households with exclusive areas of 59㎡ and 84㎡, of which 294 households will be available for general sale. The number of general sale units by exclusive area is composed of ▲59㎡A 91 households ▲59㎡B 119 households ▲84㎡A 68 households ▲84㎡B 16 households.


‘Jiksan Station Seohi Starhills’ is located in a non-regulated area, so there are no resale restrictions. Residents of Cheonan-si aged 19 or older, as well as residents of Chungcheongnam-do, Daejeon Metropolitan City, and Sejong Special Self-Governing City, can apply for first-priority subscription if they have held a subscription savings account for more than 6 months and meet the deposit requirements for each housing type. Household members and multiple homeowners are also eligible for first-priority subscription. There is no restriction on re-winning, and applicants can apply regardless of previous housing lottery results.


Transportation is convenient. Jiksan Station on Subway Line 1 is within walking distance, and KTX Cheonan-Asan Station, as well as the Gyeongbu Expressway’s Cheonan IC and Bukcheonan IC, provide access to the metropolitan area and wider regions.


Educational conditions are favorable with nearby schools including Sam-eun Elementary School within walking distance, Somang Elementary School, Eopseong Elementary School, Buseong Middle School, Bukil Girls’ High School, Eopseong High School, and Cheonan San High School. Various convenience facilities such as Seobuk District Office, Cheonan Agricultural and Marine Products Wholesale Market, and Mega Mart are also adjacent.


This complex is notable for dedicating 35% of the site area to create a ‘park-style apartment.’ Additionally, a walking trail is planned to connect along a 470m circular pedestrian network within the complex.


The subscription schedule starts with special supply on the 10th, followed by first-priority on the 11th, and second-priority on the 12th. Winners will be announced on the 18th, and the official contract period will be held over three days from May 31 to June 2. Applicants for special supply and first and second priority can apply through the Korea Real Estate Board’s subscription homepage or the subscription homepage mobile app regardless of the bank where their subscription savings account is held. Contracts will be conducted by visiting the model house.
