WiseAiTech Selected as Research Institute for National Project Worth 10 Billion KRW... "Development of Core AI and Big Data Technologies"

[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] Wiseye ITEC announced that it has been selected as a research institution for the projects "Development of Heterogeneous Convergence Data Detection and Tracking Technology" and "Development of a Time-Series Based Integrated Platform Technology for Active Utilization of Fragmented Data." The total project scale for the two tasks is approximately 10 billion KRW.

The "Development of Heterogeneous Convergence Data Detection and Tracking Technology" project is led by PCN as the main institution, and Wiseye ITEC is conducting joint research with Sejong University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation. The research period is from last month until December 31, 2023, totaling 2 years and 9 months. About 4 billion KRW of research and development funds will be invested.

Heterogeneous convergence data refers to data with different characteristics such as distinct patterns or regularities. While combining them can expand the scope of data utilization, the larger the volume and the more complex the data, the more difficult it becomes to perform integration and convergence analysis.

Accordingly, Wiseye ITEC aims to secure core technologies related to heterogeneous convergence data analysis and processing to reproduce scattered materials into valuable information and develop services that support efficient decision-making based on this.

For the project "Development of a Time-Series Based Integrated Platform Technology for Active Utilization of Fragmented Data," the lead research institution Korea Electronics Technology Institute, along with joint research institutions Daliworks, KWeather, Korea University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, and Kwangwoon University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, are developing a time-series integrated analytics platform technology with a research budget of approximately 5.6 billion KRW.

Wiseye ITEC is developing AutoML platform technology that enables fragmented data?differing in structure, quantity and quality, various formats, access permissions, and collection locations?to be searched, learned, and utilized according to purpose.
