Samsung SDS Unveils 'Digital Transformation Level Diagnosis Experience Service'

[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] Samsung SDS has embarked on customers' digital transformation (DT) through cloud-based IT solution business.

On the 6th, Samsung SDS announced that it has released a digital transformation level diagnosis experience service in the ‘My Trial’ section on its homepage. Samsung SDS is expanding its business centered on cloud-based solutions (SaaS) such as new technology platforms including artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, blockchain, and collaboration.

Companies can diagnose the DT level in various areas such as digital strategy, business processes, and IT infrastructure, and receive a simple report. If a detailed diagnosis is requested afterward, Samsung SDS experts will conduct an analysis through consultation. Diagnosis is possible in five areas.

For corporate diagnosis, based on the DT capability measurement tool developed by Samsung SDS, it is possible to check the digital level of overall corporate management including customer/market, strategy/leadership, technology/infrastructure, business operations, and organization/human capabilities. Industry-specific diagnosis can measure the digital maturity of business processes specialized for manufacturing companies. Samsung SDS plans to continuously add specialized diagnosis services for various industries such as finance and retail in the future.

EX (Employee Experience) diagnosis checks the experience level of digital services provided to employees by companies and compares it with companies in similar industries. In addition, Agile diagnosis examines organizational culture and working methods, and IT infrastructure diagnosis analyzes the composition of a company’s IT infrastructure such as servers, databases, and operating systems (OS), identifying vulnerabilities.
