[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Gwan-woo] Gwangju University announced on the 29th that it held a special lecture by former Prime Minister Chung Sye-kyun at the Hosim-gwan Small Auditorium on campus.
Former Prime Minister Chung used the special lecture to communicate with students while sharing various stories under the theme of "The New Role of Politics in the Post-Corona Era."
The lecture covered topics including ▲Three challenges facing Korean society ▲South Korea after COVID-19 ▲Politics in the post-corona era ▲The post-corona era and the Gwangju spirit.
Before the lecture, former Prime Minister Chung had a discussion on social and university issues with Gwangju University President Kim Hyuk-jong and key faculty members.
Former Prime Minister Chung served as a six-term (15th to 20th) member of the National Assembly, the 9th Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Speaker of the 20th National Assembly's first session, and the 46th Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea.
