AddOffi Co., Ltd. (CEO Wonseop Lee) is expanding its app advertising business by acquiring digital marketing agency Buster Co., Ltd. (CEO Byungkuk Ahn).
AddOffi, an ad tech company specializing in optimizing advertising revenue, announced on the 29th that the acquisition process of Buster, a global game marketing specialist, has been successfully completed. The strategy is to create synergy by expanding its business scope from existing app advertising monetization to app marketing as well.
Buster is a game marketing specialized agency providing successful services across all marketing areas with outstanding management capabilities and creativity.
Its major achievements include domestic and international game marketing campaigns for titles such as "Myeongilbangju," "AFK Arena," "Rise of Kingdoms," "Dark Eden M," and "Crossfire: Warzone." Recently, it was recognized for its expertise by winning the Best Service Award at the 2021 Agency Appreciation Festival hosted by Kuka Games, a subsidiary of Alibaba in China, for successfully establishing the domestic service of "Romance of the Three Kingdoms: Strategy Edition."
Through this acquisition of Buster, AddOffi will be able to provide services encompassing everything from app marketing to app advertising monetization.
