HDC Hyundai Development Company is introducing a residential platform that incorporates a wide range of advanced technologies.
On the 29th, HDC Hyundai Development Company announced that it is expanding various residential service platforms, such as an underground parking lot air quality management system and smart mailboxes, to its apartment brand ‘iPark’.
The company is first sequentially implementing the underground parking smart ventilation system developed by HDC iControls at each complex. This system uses an air intake type fire detector to analyze the air quality inside the underground parking lot and operates supply and exhaust fans according to the parking lot’s air condition.
Each household is provided with the ‘HDC Smart Air Quality Management Service.’ To this end, a wireless AP-integrated air quality measurement sensor was developed in collaboration with HDC i&Controls. This product combines a wireless AP and a fine dust sensor, providing indoor fine dust and carbon dioxide concentration information through the wall pad.
In particular, at Incheon Cityociel 3 Complex, various information such as lighting, gas, heating, ventilation, announcements, and parking location confirmation is provided through the HDC Homepad. This Homepad also has tablet functions.
Additionally, the company has introduced the industry’s first ‘Smart Mailbox.’ The smart mailbox allows delivery vehicles entering the underground parking lot to store mail and packages at the underground building entrance’s smart mailbox, and residents can pick up their mail and packages all at once from the smart mailbox in front of the parking lot.
