From May 3, Real Estate Civil Petition Office Electronic Petition Application Service... Existing Paper Applications Digitized and Loaded on Tablet PCs for Prompt Civil Petition Service... Corporate-Only Unmanned Civil Petition Issuance Machine to Operate in Jung-gu Office 1st Floor Lobby from Mid-May
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Jung-gu, Seoul (Mayor Seoyangho) will accept civil complaints through electronic application forms instead of paper forms at the real estate civil complaint desk starting May 3.
This measure aims to prevent the spread of community infections due to the prolonged COVID-19 situation and to enhance convenience for civil petitioners.
The existing paper application forms have been digitized and installed on tablet PCs, allowing visitors to easily and conveniently fill out electronic applications for seven types of real estate civil complaints, including land (forest) registers.
The time required to complete the forms is also reduced, enabling faster civil complaint services.
The electronic civil complaint application forms are designed to be easy to understand at a glance with document creation and input functions, and the tablet’s high resolution and touch sensitivity improve customer satisfaction and staff work efficiency.
Additionally, staff can monitor the electronic application forms as they are being filled out, enabling a 1:1 customized service that quickly verifies and corrects application details.
Processed electronic civil complaint applications can be stored and managed as electronic documents (DB) in an electronic archive, saving costs for producing paper forms and office space.
Furthermore, building a database (DB) allows for fast searches, improving information utilization efficiency, preventing information leaks, and effectively protecting personal information.
Along with the launch of the real estate electronic civil complaint application service, the district office will operate a corporate-only unmanned civil complaint issuance machine in the lobby on the first floor starting mid-May.
This service was initiated after continuous business consultations with the Supreme Court’s Judicial Administration Office to resolve the time and economic inconveniences faced by petitioners who had to visit nearby registry offices to issue corporate civil complaint documents, and it received the Supreme Court’s final approval.
The corporate-only unmanned civil complaint issuance machine can issue three types of civil complaint documents: real estate registry copies, corporate registry copies, and corporate seal certificates.
Operating hours are weekdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and the unmanned issuance machine offers a lower fee of 1,000 KRW compared to the 1,200 KRW fee at the registry office civil complaint desk.
Seoyangho, Mayor of Jung-gu, said, "This user-centered electronic administration related to real estate will contribute to improving convenience for visiting civil petitioners and local businesspeople," adding, "We will continue to listen to residents’ inconveniences and do our best to provide customized civil complaint administrative services that satisfy everyone."
