Ceragem Selected as No.1 in 'Korea Industry Purchase Confidence Index'

Global home healthcare specialist CERAGEM was selected as the No. 1 company in the medical home appliance category for four consecutive years at the ‘8th Korea Industry Purchase Confidence Index (KPEI)’ during the ‘2021 Korea Marketing Awards’ ceremony held on Friday, April 16. At the event, Kyungsoo Lee, Head of Strategic Business at CERAGEM, also received the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Award.

Since 2014, the ‘Korea Industry Purchase Confidence Index’ has been conducted annually to quantify the level of consumer confidence felt during purchasing activities. It is hosted by the Korea Marketing Association, evaluated by consumer assessments, and supported by the International Marketing Organization (IMO). This year’s survey was conducted nationwide from February 3 to February 21, targeting adult men and women, and rankings were calculated based on evaluations across a total of 90 industry sectors.

CERAGEM secured first place in the medical home appliance category again this year, following last year’s results. Since entering the healthcare market in 1998, the company’s continuous dedication to research and development has earned consumer trust, leading to this remarkable achievement.

CERAGEM established its own research institute, the CERAGEM Medical Science Research Institute, to conduct specialized clinical research on spinal medical home appliances. Clinical research papers have been published demonstrating the product’s effectiveness in alleviating muscle pain, stress, and depression.

Additionally, CERAGEM continues steady growth in the global market, operating over 2,500 local dealerships across more than 70 countries worldwide.

The Master V4 is CERAGEM’s flagship product, embodying advanced technology. It is a spinal medical home appliance that enhances massage and acupressure effects through focused heating up to 65℃ on the spinal area, scanning the user’s spinal length and curvature to provide personalized massages.

The product has been certified by the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety for pain relief effects and has received FDA approval in the United States for indications including improved blood circulation, muscle pain relief, joint pain relief, and muscle relaxation.
