Gwangju Seobu Fire Station, All-Out Effort to Eradicate Workplace Bullying

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Gwangju Seobu Fire Station (Chief Lee Cheontak) is making every effort to eradicate workplace power harassment.


Seobu Fire Station announced on the 25th that it conducted a 'Power Harassment Eradication Campaign' on the 23rd to eliminate power harassment and create a workplace atmosphere where everyone is respected.


Senior officials attended, read the declaration to eradicate power harassment, and had a discussion on eradication measures.


Not only senior officials but all employees participated until that day, with each department head reading the declaration under their responsibility and promoting a campaign to create a fair workplace culture.


Seobu Fire Station plans to strive to establish a fair culture throughout the workplace.


Lee Cheontak, Chief of Seobu Fire Station, said, "Although ranks and positions exist among firefighters, everyone is a person who deserves respect and fair treatment," adding, "We will work to create a fair and clean workplace atmosphere and make Seobu Fire Station a workplace where people want to come to work and want to work."
