Gwangju Seo-gu, 'Brunch Healing Busking' Performances from 26th to 30th

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Yoon Jamin] Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (Mayor Seo Daeseok) announced on the 23rd that it will hold the 'Brunch Healing Busking' performances, a cultural and artistic experience event for office workers and citizens, from the 26th to the 30th.

The performances will take place every day at exactly 12 noon for one hour in front of Ipseokdae Waterfall at Peace Park in Chipyeong-dong. The event was planned to comfort citizens and office workers exhausted by COVID-19 through various cultural and artistic contents.

The detailed schedule is as follows: ▲26th - 7080 Acoustic Guitar (Noraebaljaguk) ▲27th - Jazz (Jazz Band Cream) ▲28th - Fusion Gugak (Dodosori) ▲29th - Popular Songs (On Band) ▲30th - Classical (Trio Jet), featuring different genres of cultural and artistic performances each day.

The 'Brunch Healing Busking' performances are free to watch and attend. To prevent the spread of COVID-19, attendees will undergo temperature checks before viewing, use hand sanitizer, and maintain personal distancing during the event.

A Seo-gu official stated, “This event was planned to alleviate the psychological difficulties of citizens and office workers experiencing social distancing due to COVID-19 prevention guidelines and the blues caused by the prolonged pandemic.” He added, “We hope that the 'Brunch Healing Busking' will provide psychological stability to citizens and office workers who have endured difficult times.”
