The apartment sales market in Changwon is showing extraordinary heat. After being stuck in a long slump, the number of unsold apartments reached 5,141 units in January last year, but this January, it sharply decreased by 83% to 861 units, marking the largest decline nationwide. In fact, both sale and lease prices have continued to rise steadily even after the designation.
