[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters (Jeju) Reporter Park Chang-won] Jeju Development Corporation announced on the 23rd that it ranked first among six institutions in the metropolitan specific public corporation sector in the '2020 Local Public Enterprise Customer Satisfaction Survey' conducted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.
The Local Public Enterprise Customer Satisfaction Survey is conducted annually by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.
This survey was conducted from July to November last year through telephone and face-to-face interviews targeting customers who used products and services of 369 local public enterprises nationwide.
According to recent data released by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, Jeju Development Corporation scored 87.7 points in the customer satisfaction survey, the highest in the metropolitan specific public corporation sector (average 85.22 points).
By survey category, it recorded ▲Service Environment 86.5 points ▲Service Process 86.8 points ▲Service Outcome 89.1 points ▲Social Satisfaction 89.6 points ▲Overall Satisfaction 86.6 points.
Kim Jeong-hak, President of Jeju Development Corporation, said, “We thank all customers who generously love and support our corporation,” and added, “We will continue to remember the importance of our customers and strive tirelessly to become a leading public institution in Korea, a corporation of the residents, and a representative public enterprise of Korea.”
Meanwhile, Jeju Development Corporation has established and operated a Customer Satisfaction Team since October last year to promote sustainable customer-centered management.
