Dongwon Group, Recruitment for 2021 First Half Internship Linked to Employment

[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Dongwon Group is recruiting internship positions linked to employment for the first half of 2021.

From the 22nd to May 10th, Dongwon Group announced that it will recruit interns in various departments such as sales, production, research, construction, IT, and management support at 10 major affiliates including Dongwon Industries, Dongwon F&B, Dongwon Systems, Dongwon Construction Industry, Dongwon Home Food, and Dongwon Enterprises. The recruitment scale is about 200 people.

This recruitment targets university graduates and those expected to graduate in August 2021, and proceeds in the order of ▲document screening ▲online written test ▲first interview ▲internship screening ▲final interview. Applications can be submitted from the 22nd until the 10th of next month through the Dongwon Group recruitment website.

The internship will be conducted for about 4 to 5 weeks starting in July, during which applicants' job competencies, organizational fit, and growth potential will be comprehensively evaluated through on-the-job work. After the internship ends, candidates for the recruitment interview will be selected, and after an executive interview, the final decision on regular employment will be made.
