◆ Shin Young Securities = Announced that last year's consolidated operating profit was 257.64283 billion KRW, an increase of 1493% compared to the previous year.

◆ Woori Financial Capital = Announced that consolidated operating profit for the first quarter of this year was 49.78 billion KRW, a 43.5% increase compared to the same period last year.

◆ Daedong Industrial = Decided to issue convertible bonds worth 10 billion KRW to raise operating funds.

◆ Ssangyong C&E = Decided on a quarterly cash dividend of 110 KRW per common share. The dividend yield is 1.5%.

◆ Korea Kolmar = Subsidiary HK Innoen announced plans to raise 50 billion KRW through a third-party allotment to secure funds for debt repayment. The allottee is Korea Kolmar, which will increase HK Innoen's shareholding ratio to 52.7% accordingly.
