SPC Group's bakery brand Paris Baguette under Paris Croissant is re-releasing the ‘Sunsu (秀) Milk Cake,’ which received explosive love for its rich milk flavor and clean design.
Paris Baguette of Paris Croissant decided to re-release the ‘Sunsu (秀) Milk Cake’ following continuous consumer requests to bring it back, as well as the results of the ‘Cake is Back’ consumer voting event held on its official SNS account on March 24.
In a consumer vote conducted by Paris Baguette on ‘popular cakes from the past that consumers want to be re-sold,’ the ‘Sunsu (秀) Milk Cake’ overwhelmingly took first place with about 60% of the votes.
The ‘Sunsu (秀) Milk Cake’ emphasizes the pure taste of milk with its naturally savory and rich milk flavor and a decoration-free appearance. Soft and moist cake layers are sandwiched sequentially with milk pudding and milk cream, enhancing the original milk flavor more than before.
Meanwhile, the ‘Sunsu (秀) Milk Cake,’ first introduced in 2014, gained tremendous popularity with its groundbreaking concept at the time, surpassing 1 billion KRW in sales within two weeks of launch, and was praised for changing the cake paradigm.
