[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] A man in his 20s from Kazakhstan, who entered a car dealership in Changwon, Gyeongnam pretending to be a customer and drove away with a displayed foreign car, was caught in Ansan, Gyeonggi Province.

The Changwon Jungbu Police Station announced on the 21st that they have booked A (21) on theft charges.

A is accused of driving away a BMW passenger car worth about 25 million won from a used car dealership in Seongsan-gu, Changwon City, around 7 p.m. on the 29th of last month.

At the time, A used the key left inside the car for test driving convenience and drove the car away from the scene.

A was also under police investigation for repeatedly stealing cash from the counter of a PC bang in Ansan.

The police identified and tracked A based on closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage and made an emergency arrest in Ansan in the early morning of the 18th.
