[Asia Economy Reporter Dongwoo Lee] Jin Air announced on the 21st that it will offer a one-time waiver of refund and change fees for customers who book flights on routes to Japan.
This event is available to customers who book flights on Japan routes operating between today and July 31 through the Jin Air website and mobile web/app.
The refund and itinerary change fee waiver applies to tickets booked by June 30 for Japan routes. Additionally, Jin Air will provide coupons that allow customers to use an extra 10kg of checked baggage and free advance seat selection services.
Refund and itinerary change fees can be waived through the website up to one day before departure and 24 hours before departure, respectively. Itinerary changes are allowed until October 30, when the summer schedule ends, and any fare difference resulting from changes will be charged separately from the fees.
Jin Air stated, "We will continue to offer events that minimize customer burdens and expand travel convenience in various ways."
