The two organizations plan to jointly implement various educational programs, including financial accident prevention education for the senior population, basic financial education for social settlement of North Korean defectors and multicultural families, and financial life support education for vulnerable groups such as single-parent families, child-headed households, and people with disabilities.
Since 2015, DB Insurance has also been conducting the 'One Company One School Financial Education' program for youth by partnering with elementary, middle, and high schools nationwide. Currently, it has partnerships with 63 schools and is conducting non-face-to-face education in response to the COVID-19 situation.
A DB Insurance official stated, "We will continue to expand our social contribution activities by increasing support for financially vulnerable groups and actively lead the practice of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management."
