[Click eStock] "HPO's Performance Growth to Accelerate Sharply in the Second Half of This Year"

[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] Hana Financial Investment analyzed on the 21st that H.PIO's performance momentum will accelerate in the second half of this year. No investment opinion or target price was provided.


H.PIO is a health functional food brand company established in 2012. It mainly sells premium brands such as 'Denps', 'Denmark Yusangyun Iyagi', and 'True Vitamin (Vitamin)'.


Sim Eunju, a researcher at Hana Financial Investment, said, "The company has presented consolidated sales and operating profit forecasts of 200 billion KRW and 40 billion KRW, respectively, for this year," adding, "For reference, first-quarter sales are estimated to grow by about 30% compared to the previous year."


He explained, "Performance momentum is expected to become steeper toward the second half of the year," adding, "The company plans to sustain high growth through strengthening its own online channels, expanding 'Biofarm' capacity, and increasing overseas sales."


Researcher Sim forecasted, "Considering that in the past, sales of health functional food brands such as Chong Kun Dang's 'Lactofit' and Nutri's 'Ever Collagen' rapidly grew to 200 billion KRW, the visibility of H.PIO's sales realization this year appears high."
