Marking its 15th year in 2021, the New Hapcheon Future Agriculture College consists of two courses: the Returning Farmer Entrepreneurship class and the Korean Beef class, with a total of 65 students. From April to December, the academic schedule will continue using non-face-to-face methods such as the Rural Development Administration's e-learning, Naver Band, and Zoom.

Since its establishment in 2007, it has graduated 977 students across 14 classes and 27 courses, establishing itself as a cradle for nurturing agricultural talents leading Hapcheon agriculture.
At the entrance ceremony, Moon Jun-hee, Mayor of Hapcheon-gun, encouraged, "I expect the will and passion of the students challenging new changes to become the driving force that transforms and develops local agriculture, standing at the center of change." He added, "I hope the students actively engage in mutual exchange to raise the competitiveness of agriculture to the next level."
