President Moon said, "A beautiful and valuable life reveals itself on the path we walk together. On the occasion of Disability Day, I hope we think about how we can hold hands and create a more beautiful world on the path we walk together."
President Moon expressed, "I extend my condolences and gratitude to the disabled who are enduring difficulties during the quarantine situation and to everyone around them who is helping. Although activity support and care have been expanded, it is still insufficient," and pledged, "We will strive more carefully so that daily life can be restored as soon as possible."
President Moon added, "Just because one place is inconvenient does not mean that life as a whole is inconvenient. We often witness brilliant achievements born on the opposite side of inconvenience. We will protect the rights of the disabled, reduce disparities in life, and create a society where the value of each individual is fully realized."
