Budget of 183 million KRW this year, discovering employment linkage models to support students

Silla University (President Kim Chung-seok) announced on the 20th that it was selected as a 'National Student Work-Study Program Employment-Linked Focus University' organized by the Ministry of Education and the Korea Student Aid Foundation.
The Employment-Linked Focus University project supports student workers at universities participating in the National Student Work-Study Program to gain experience by working for a certain period at companies they wish to join and helps them transition to actual employment.
This year, Silla University is promoting this project with a budget of approximately 183 million KRW.
Silla University plans to actively develop employment-linked models to support students. Students participating in this project will receive field training, scholarships, and employment opportunities.
Bae Il-kwon, Director of Talent Development at Silla University, said, "We plan to actively provide students with field training and employment opportunities by utilizing a solid network with excellent local companies."
Director Bae explained, "Students can enhance their employment capabilities through field training, and companies can secure talented individuals equipped with practical skills."
