"Nonghyup Kimchi Made with 100% Domestic Agricultural Products"

The purpose is to protect public health from Chinese-made kimchi, which has recently raised safety concerns.
On the 19th, Nonghyup Economic Holdings announced that it will sell discounted kimchi for five days on 'Nonghyup Mall,' Nonghyup's online shopping mall. Customers using affiliated cards such as NH Card will receive a 30% discount and 10% NH Members points cashback. The same event will be held for one week starting on the 17th of next month. At offline stores, Hanaro Mart will sell kimchi at up to 30% discounted prices from the 22nd of this month until the 5th of next month.
Next month, they are also planning an event inviting YouTubers to 11st Street live commerce to do a Nonghyup kimchi mukbang while selling Nonghyup kimchi made from domestic agricultural products. Even after the live commerce ends, consumers will be able to purchase kimchi at discounted prices on 11st Street.
Jang Cheolhun, Head of Agricultural Economics at Nonghyup Economic Holdings, said, "We will do our best to restore the pride of domestic kimchi and contribute to public health," adding, "Please use kimchi made from safe agricultural products carefully produced by our farmers."
