Bando Construction announced on the 19th that it will launch sales of the luxury small residential facility 'Yeouido Limitio148' in May.

Yeouido Limitio148 is located at 139, Yeongdeungpo-dong 2-ga, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, consisting of 148 units in total, including 132 urban lifestyle housing units and 16 officetels, ranging from 23 to 49㎡ in exclusive area, with 8 different types, spanning from 4 basement floors to 20 above-ground floors. Additionally, 5 neighborhood living facilities will be constructed. All units are designed as niche products under 50㎡ exclusive area, intended to replace small apartments.

It is within walking distance of Singil Station, a transfer station for subway lines 1 and 5, and Yeongdeungpo Station on line 1. Using Singil Station, Yeouido Station can be reached in just one stop, and Yeongdeungpo Station is scheduled to be connected to the Sinansan Line metropolitan double-track railway.
