DL E&C Opens Cyber Housing Exhibition for 'ePyeonhansesang Geoje Eurosky'

Built in the Gohyeon Port district unit planning area L2 block, e-Pyeonhansesang Geoje Euro Sky consists of 8 buildings ranging from basement level 1 to ground level 34, with a total of 1,113 units: 746 units of 84㎡A, 238 units of 84㎡B, 126 units of 99㎡, and 3 units of 99㎡PH.

Subscription applications will begin with special supply on the 29th, followed by first priority on the 30th, and second priority on the 3rd of next month. Winners will be announced on the 10th, with document submissions from the 11th to the 17th, and official contracts conducted over six days from the 21st to the 27th. DL E&C is operating the housing exhibition entirely online for this e-Pyeonhansesang Geoje Euro Sky. This is to prevent COVID-19 infection and spread, and to provide an upgraded service, they have introduced ZIPVIEW’s VR solution, which offers specialized immersive technology in the construction and real estate sectors, attracting attention. The cyber housing exhibition, accessible via the website, offers guided videos and VR tour services, allowing visitors to vividly explore unit types, floor plans, options, and interiors. Additionally, a 360-degree aerial view service is provided to overlook the open view of the Geoje sea and nearby infrastructure facilities at a glance. Compared to other construction companies’ cyber model houses that typically offer only unit videos and finishing material lists, this sets a new model for the sales culture.

e-Pyeonhansesang Geoje Euro Sky is known to have greater product value than e-Pyeonhansesang Geoje Euro Island (hereafter Euro Island), which was previously sold in 2019 with good results and is already considered the next-generation flagship in Geoje.
