[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] On the morning of the 15th, Chaehyunil, Mayor of Yeongdeungpo District, inspected the overall situation at the COVID-19 vaccination center set up in the exhibition hall on the 2nd floor of Yeongdeungpo Art Hall, engaging in conversations with elderly people waiting for their vaccinations.

Mayor Chae carefully checked the overall operation status of the vaccination center, quarantine conditions, waiting rooms, and vaccination rooms to ensure everything was proceeding smoothly.

Mayor Chaehyunil urged medical staff and administrative personnel to do their best to ensure the COVID-19 vaccinations proceed smoothly, and asked for the cooperation of district residents for vaccination to enable a safe return to daily life.

The Yeongdeungpo District COVID-19 Vaccination Center began first-dose vaccinations on April 15, and second-dose vaccinations for remaining individuals started on May 27. From the second dose onward, the 1st Sports Center will be additionally operated, allowing simultaneous vaccinations at two locations.
