The ‘Seoul-type Youth Intern Job Camp’ is an internship program where the Seoul Metropolitan Government matches job seekers with 73 companies preferred by youth, including Coca-Cola, Coupang, and McDonald's. Any Seoul resident youth aged 18 to 34 can apply, and 350 selected youths will receive about three months of job training before proceeding with internships at companies. The training costs and intern salaries are supported by the Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Fast Campus was selected as the domestic and global digital marketing and sales job training institution for this ‘Seoul-type Youth Intern Job Camp.’ About 180 participants will be selected, and based on verified educational programs such as Fast Campus School and Byte Degree, the goal is to equip them with work capabilities equivalent to one year of experience over three months.

The training course features instructors who are current marketers from renowned companies such as Google, Cheil Worldwide, and StyleShare, delivering lectures focused on practical skills required by companies. Participants will engage in projects that include one-on-one feedback from professionals, ranging from advertising campaign execution to marketing proposals, enabling them to build high-quality portfolios. Fast Campus will actively support participants by providing an unlimited access pass worth 11 million KRW to all online lectures, helping them secure employment at their desired companies.

Kangmin Lee, CEO of Fast Campus, said, “We feel a special responsibility being selected as a job training institution that can practically contribute to youth employment in collaboration with the Seoul Metropolitan Government,” adding, “We hope many young job seekers will acquire excellent practical skills through Fast Campus’s digital marketing and sales courses and successfully find jobs at their desired companies.”
