[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bong-ju] Thursday the 15th will be somewhat chilly until the morning.
The Korea Meteorological Administration stated, "The morning temperature in Gwangju will be 5 degrees Celsius, colder than usual. In the afternoon, temperatures will gradually rise, and all cold wave warnings will be lifted."
Cold wave warnings are in effect for northern Gyeonggi, inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, some inland areas of Chungnam, Chungbuk, inland Gyeongbuk, and eastern Jeonbuk, with many places experiencing subzero temperatures in the morning.
The morning low temperatures by region are forecasted as follows: △Seoul 6°C △Chuncheon 4°C △Gangneung 6°C △Daejeon 3°C △Cheongju 5°C △Daegu 5°C △Gwangju 5°C △Jeonju 4°C △Busan 8°C △Jeju 8°C.
The daytime high temperatures are expected to be: △Seoul 18°C △Chuncheon 19°C △Gangneung 19°C △Daejeon 19°C △Cheongju 19°C △Daegu 18°C △Gwangju 20°C △Jeonju 19°C △Busan 17°C △Jeju 17°C.
Fine dust levels nationwide will range from 'Good' to 'Moderate.'
The Korea Meteorological Administration advised, "The temperature difference between day and night will exceed 15 degrees Celsius, so please take care of your health to prevent immune system decline due to sudden temperature changes."
