[Asia Economy Reporter Seulgina Cho] "When is Apple's next event?" "It will be held on Tuesday, April 20, at Apple Park in Cupertino, California. You can find detailed information on Apple.com."

Apple iPhone's AI voice assistant Siri has once again 'spoiled' Apple's official event.

On the 13th (local time), according to MacRumors and others, this situation was confirmed before Apple announced the online event for new product launches scheduled for the 20th. The media reported that when asked "When is Apple's next event?" Siri replied, "The special event will be held on Tuesday, April 20, at Apple Park in Cupertino, California."

The usual response is "You can find detailed information on Apple.com," but on some devices, Siri revealed the specific date and location as "April 20." MacRumors stated, "Multiple readers on Apple devices including iPhone, iPad, Mac, and HomePod have confirmed this," and predicted that the iPad Pro and others might be unveiled at the event on the 20th. Previously, Apple Siri was also reported to have announced official events first only on certain devices.

Apple confirmed the spoiler content by officially announcing the event schedule shortly after MacRumors' report.

Apple sent invitations to global media on the day, announcing that the new product launch event will be held online. The event will take place at 2 a.m. KST on the 21st. Although the event details were not disclosed, as MacRumors predicted, the 5th generation iPad Pro and AirTag are expected to be unveiled. The release of the highly anticipated 3rd generation AirPods remains uncertain but is likely to be delayed until the third quarter.

Apple has traditionally held spring product launch events in March every year, but this time it was postponed to late April.
