[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] The consortium of Woomi Construction and Shindong-A Construction announced on the 15th that they will open the model house for "Yangju Okjeong Rin Familier," being built in Yangju New Town, Gyeonggi Province, on the 16th and begin full-scale sales.

Yangju Okjeong Rin Familier, located in A-1 Block of Yangju New Town, Yangju-si, Gyeonggi Province, consists of 24 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 2,049 households of 74 to 84 square meters in exclusive area. By type, there are ▲74㎡A 356 units, ▲74㎡B 559 units, ▲74㎡C 95 units, ▲84㎡A 664 units, and ▲84㎡B 375 units.

The complex is designed with all households facing south to maximize sunlight and ventilation. It is planned as a vehicle-free complex on the ground (except for kindergarten and neighborhood living facility parking lots), with parking lots located underground. An unmanned parcel delivery system is also applied, allowing residents to send and receive mail without direct face-to-face contact with the courier.

The Okjeong Station on the extension line of Seoul Subway Line 7 is scheduled to be newly established, and road networks such as the Sejong-Pocheon Expressway and the Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Expressway (planned) are expected to be improved.
