Asia Trust announced on the 14th that it will sell units of 'Lagoon Central Stay,' a studio-type residential lodging facility being constructed in blocks C2-8 and C2-9 of the Wide-area Rodeo Complex within Siwha MTV in Seonggok-dong, Danwon-gu, Ansan City. Lagoon Central Stay will be a building with 2 basement floors and 23 above-ground floors, consisting of 982 units ranging from 17.11 to 21.68 square meters in exclusive area.

Siwha MTV, where Lagoon Central Stay is located, is a high-tech industrial complex developed over an area of 9,958,000 square meters in the northern tidal flats of Siwha Lake. Particularly, a marine leisure complex city is being developed in the Bandalseom area where the complex is situated. Within 1.5 kilometers of the complex are the Siheung-Pyeongtaek Expressway, Yeongdong Expressway, and the Second Capital Area Outer Ring Expressway, providing excellent accessibility.
