Samsung Card Opens Big Data Marketing Platform 'Link Partner'

[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Samsung Card announced on the 11th that it has launched 'LINK Partner,' a big data marketing platform that supports partners in directly conducting the entire marketing process using Samsung Card's big data and AI and machine learning-based algorithms.


LINK Partner is an advanced big data marketing platform that further enhances LINK, a big data-based personalized marketing system first introduced by Samsung Card in the industry in 2014.


The biggest feature of LINK Partner is that partners can access the platform and directly perform the entire marketing process, including customer targeting, simulation, and monitoring. Previously, when partners requested marketing, Samsung Card targeted members likely to use the partner through big data and conducted marketing on their behalf.


The platform is composed of five main components: ▲LINK Offer (big data marketing) ▲LINK Ad (advertising service) ▲LINK Insight (research service) ▲LINK Report (analysis information provision) ▲LINK Board (trend report).


Partners can access Samsung Card's LINK Partner platform to directly perform the entire marketing process, including targeted marketing using Samsung Card's big data and machine learning, real-time monitoring of marketing performance, sending LMS to target customers, and conducting customer research by selecting survey items and targets. Additionally, they can receive analytical information such as visitor characteristics, surrounding commercial district analysis, industry outlook, as well as recent market and customer trends and best marketing cases.


A Samsung Card official stated, "Through LINK Partner, partners can directly utilize Samsung Card's big data and AI and machine learning-based algorithms, enabling more efficient marketing," and added, "We will continue to introduce various services leveraging Samsung Card's big data capabilities so that both Samsung Card customers and partners can benefit."
