To commemorate Busan's recent selection as the vice-chair city in the film category of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network, individuals or organizations will be selected to monitor detailed UNESCO projects and programs that have been actively launched.

The seven categories are ▲Promotion Projects ▲Education and Academia ▲Our Neighborhood Classic Theater ▲#MemoryRecall Digital Conversion Project ▲Village Film Making Project ▲Busan Package Project ▲Film Festival.

They will also engage in activities to promote the project programs inside and outside the region or to share and spread achievements.

A total of 14 teams (individuals or organizations) will be selected, and the activity period is seven months from May to December this year. Busan City plans to hold a 'Monitoring Contest' in December, when the monitoring team activities conclude, and will award a total prize of 3.5 million KRW and gifts to outstanding participants.
