The play Perfect Strangers is based on the Italian film of the same name. Directed by Paolo Genovese, the film was not only a box office hit in Italy but also received critical acclaim by winning the Best Film Award at the David di Donatello Awards.

Within three years of its release, it was remade in 18 countries worldwide, earning a place in the Guinness World Records as the "most remade film." In Korea, the film was remade under the same title in 2018 and was watched by 5 million viewers.

The play Perfect Strangers begins with seven main characters enjoying dinner together and playing a game where they share all the contents of their mobile phones with each other. The psychological battles and secret stories that unfold during the game drive the story forward.

The role of 'Rocco,' Eva's husband and a plastic surgeon, is played by actors Yang Kyung-won and Park Eun-seok.

Actors Yoo Ji-yeon, who has experience in both theater and film, and Jung Yeon, who has honed her skills on musical and theater stages, play 'Carlotta,' a housewife caught in conflict between her conservative husband and mother-in-law.

The role of 'Lele,' a lawyer who engages in psychological battles with Carlotta's husband and friend 'Pepe,' is played by actors Kim Jae-beom and Park Jung-bok. The role of 'Bianca,' wife of 'Cosimo,' is portrayed by TV drama veterans Park So-jin and Lim Se-mi.

The role of 'Cosimo,' Bianca's husband, is played by actors Lee Si-eon and Sung Doo-seop, while 'Pepe' is played by Kim Seol-jin and Lim Cheol-soo. The role of 'Sofia,' daughter of Rocco and Eva, is played by newcomer Kim Chae-yoon, who is the original cast.
