On the 7th, Mnet's 'TMI NEWS' revealed the 'Top 14 Stars Who Made Huge Profits from Real Estate Price Differences.'

The star who made the biggest profit from price differences was Rain. In 2008, Rain purchased an old building on the luxury street in Cheongdam-dong and reconstructed it in 2017. The building reportedly generates over 100 million KRW in monthly rental income. The building, originally purchased for about 16.8 billion KRW, is now valued at approximately 46.5 billion KRW, resulting in a price difference profit of about 29.7 billion KRW.

In second place was singer Psy. The current market price of a building in Hannam-dong, originally purchased for about 7.85 billion KRW, is approximately 15 billion KRW, and a building in Sinsa-dong, bought for about 7.7 billion KRW, is now valued at about 13 billion KRW. The total profit from these two buildings is about 12.45 billion KRW.

Third place went to actor Park Seo-joon. Park Seo-joon purchased a luxury villa in Cheongdam-dong, where he currently resides, for 5.8 billion KRW in cash in 2018. Its current market price is about 6.4 billion KRW. Additionally, a building in Sinsa-dong, purchased last year for about 11 billion KRW, is now valued at 15 billion KRW, yielding a profit of about 4 billion KRW in just one year.

Actor Eugene, formerly of the group S.E.S, ranked fourth. Eugene and her husband, actor Ki Tae-young, purchased a building in Cheongdam-dong for about 2.35 billion KRW. The building is now valued at approximately 6.6 billion KRW, resulting in a profit of about 4.25 billion KRW.

Fifth place went to Park Gyuri, formerly of the idol group Kara. Park Gyuri reportedly owns four houses. She purchased a house in Gangnam, where Lee Hyori used to live, for 2.1 billion KRW. The current market price is 3.3 billion KRW, resulting in a price difference profit of about 1.2 billion KRW. Park Gyuri earned a total profit of about 4.1 billion KRW from her four properties.

Following them were singer and actress Suzy, Super Junior member Kyuhyun, singer and actress Uhm Jung-hwa, FT Island member Choi Min-hwan, and EXO member Sehun, ranking 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th respectively.

Others include singer Zico, idol-turned-actress Krystal, SISTAR member Soyou, and singer Lee Hyori.
