Daewoo E&C will open the model house for 'Gimhae Prugio Highend Phase 2' on the 9th and begin full-scale sales.


Gimhae Prugio Highend Phase 2 consists of 7 buildings, ranging from 3 basement floors to 47 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,380 units sized between 59 and 84㎡.

All units are small to medium-sized, under 84㎡, which are highly preferred. The average sale price per 3.3㎡ is 10.99 million KRW.


Gimhae City, where the complex is located, is a non-regulated area, so after 6 months of subscription to the housing subscription savings account, not only the head of the household but also household members can apply for first-priority subscription.
