Incheon Urban Corporation to Hire 30 New Employees in First Half of the Year... Selecting 16 Local Talents

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Hyesook] Incheon Urban Corporation (iH Corporation) will recruit 30 new employees in the first half of this year.

The recruitment fields include 11 office positions (general, accounting, legal), 18 technical positions (civil engineering, architecture, urban planning, electrical, etc.), and 1 operations position.

In particular, 16 of the total recruits, accounting for 53%, will be hired as local talents.

Accordingly, as of the announcement date, applicants must have had their resident registration address in Incheon for a total of at least 3 years, either continuously from one year before the announcement date until the final exam date or cumulatively before the announcement date. Otherwise, applications are open nationwide.

iH Corporation plans to appoint new employees in June after conducting a written exam (scheduled for May 2), personality test, and interview, using a blind recruitment method based on NCS (National Competency Standards) job competency evaluation.

Last year, the first half recruitment at iH Corporation attracted 2,197 applicants for 29 positions, recording an average competition rate of 75.8 to 1.
