[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bong-ju] A woman in Taiwan was arrested by the police after cutting off her boyfriend's genitalia and flushing it down the toilet.

According to foreign media such as The Mirror on the 5th (local time), on the night of the 30th of last month, Ms. Fengmo (40) cut her boyfriend Mr. Huangmo's (52) genitalia with scissors while he was sleeping at their home in Changhua County, Taiwan.

Mr. Huang woke up from sleep with severe pain and noticed a large amount of blood flowing from his lower body. He was transported to the hospital and underwent surgery, and is still receiving treatment.

Shortly after, Ms. Fengmo went to the police station and confessed to her crime. She stated, "I cut Mr. Huang's genitalia with kitchen scissors and flushed it down the toilet so that reattachment surgery would be impossible."

Neighbors reported that the two had been living together for 10 months and often argued over Mr. Huang's issues with women.

Ms. Fengmo, originally from Vietnam, acquired Taiwanese nationality after marrying a Taiwanese man, and Mr. Huang is a divorced man with three children.

Mr. Huang's genitalia was cut about 1.5 cm. Medical staff said, "Mr. Huang will no longer be able to have sexual intercourse," and added, "He appears to need surgery to implant an artificial penis."
