[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance announced on the 1st that it is operating a customer mobile artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot service called 'Ma-eumbot' using Naver Cloud, Naver Clova, and the Clova chatbot.
Ma-eumbot is the first chatbot model in Korea to have an AI chatbot connection icon placed on the Naver mobile search results screen.
With Ma-eumbot, users can access various services such as insurance contract inquiry, premium payment, insurance claim filing, direct automobile insurance subscription, and branch location guidance anytime they want.
In particular, Ma-eumbot is designed with a customer-friendly interface that arranges chatbot menus according to the type of consultation and provides customized consultation responses in image form rather than mainly text, making it easy and intuitive to use.
Jung Kyu-wan, Head of Digital Strategy Division at Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance, said, "We hope that the newly developed Ma-eumbot will allow customers who were not familiar with chatbots to use it easily and conveniently."
