Housing Market 'Hot Place' Suseong-gu, Eye-Catching 'Suseong Weverse Central' Boasting Excellent Location

The (provisional name) Suseong 2 District Housing Association is opening a promotional center for the ‘Suseong Weverseentral’ apartment complex, located in Suseong-gu, known as the Gangnam of Daegu, and is beginning to recruit members. Amid soaring apartment prices in Daegu, there is growing interest from buyers as they can purchase their own homes at affordable prices.


‘Suseong Weverseentral’ will be developed in the Suseong-gu area of Daegu Metropolitan City, consisting of approximately 664 households (planned). In line with the recent trend toward smaller housing, it will be composed exclusively of small to medium-sized units with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84㎡, which are highly preferred by actual users, and a top-tier brand will be responsible for construction.


Suseong-gu, where the complex is located, is known as a real estate ‘hot place’ referred to as the Gangnam of Daegu. Despite the entire Daegu area being designated as a regulated zone, housing prices have steadily risen, and with new complexes selling out and a decrease in unsold units, the positive trend continues, indicating high future value. According to KB Real Estate apartment price statistics, the average sale price per 3.3㎡ of apartments in Daegu was 11.31 million KRW in February this year, a 17% increase compared to 9.67 million KRW in the same month last year.


The excellent location also offers abundant living infrastructure. Within a 2km radius of Suseong Weverseentral, various convenience facilities such as Daegu Department Store, Suseong Tax Office, hospitals, banks, post offices, and markets are well established. Additionally, the complex is a school district complex with Dongil Elementary School and Daegu Dong Middle School right in front, and it is close to Beomeo-dong, where many academies are concentrated, providing an excellent educational environment.


It also boasts excellent rapid transportation networks. The complex is a double subway station apartment located between Daegu Bank Station on Daegu Subway Line 2 and Suseong Market Station on Line 3, allowing residents to conveniently access both subway stations on foot for quick and easy travel to major city areas. Moreover, Daegu’s first AIoT voice solution will be implemented, enabling convenient management through voice recognition and a mobile application. Convenience features such as car control, elevator calls, and smart curtains, as well as clean and security systems like the ceiling-type ventilation and purification system Sys Clein and visitor verification, can be easily controlled.


An association official stated, “It will be hard to find an apartment with such an excellent location and outstanding product quality in Suseong-gu, known as the Gangnam of Daegu. Suseong Weverseentral is attracting attention from buyers as a great opportunity to purchase a home at a reasonable price without financial burden in Suseong-gu, where prices are soaring day by day.”


Suseong Weverseentral is a regional housing association project apartment, which has relatively simpler procedures compared to redevelopment and reconstruction projects. Since the association acts as the developer, additional cost savings are possible, allowing homeownership at a lower price than general apartments. Furthermore, with the implementation of the revised Housing Act in July last year, association operations have become more transparent, and dissolution is now possible, enabling stable and smooth project progress.


Meanwhile, Suseong Weverseentral operates a promotional center in Suseong-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City.
