Azinya App Selects and Draws 105 Winners to Provide Gifts
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Samsung Card announced on the 25th that, as part of its ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management, it will hold a pet adoption story contest in collaboration with Gyeonggi-do until April 25.
In this contest, a total of 105 members who either post stories about adopting pets or leave supportive comments on adoption story posts on the Samsung Card 'Ajinyangi' application (app) bulletin board will be selected and drawn to receive prizes. Among the stories that receive the most comments, one first-place winner will be awarded the Gyeonggi-do Governor's Award, two second-place winners will receive the Gyeonggi-do Council Chairman's Award, and two special prize winners will be given the National Assembly Member's Award, all judged jointly by Samsung Card and Gyeonggi-do officials. Additionally, among members who leave many supportive comments on adoption story posts, 100 will be randomly selected to receive a Gamdongran gifticon.
Furthermore, participants who capture the event page of the 'Pet Adoption Story Contest' and post it on their personal SNS with the required hashtags such as '#Ajinyangi', then leave the SNS post URL in the comments on the Ajinyangi app event page, will be entered into a draw to receive a 30,000 KRW mobile gift certificate for Baedal Minjok, awarded to a total of 20 people.
Ajinyangi is one of Samsung Card's community services that provides highly specialized content for pets and their owners. It has received positive responses through various mobile content such as one-on-one free consultations with veterinarians, consultation chatbots, viewing stories of abandoned animal adoptions, and checking walking indexes. It has also continuously conducted pet campaigns in cooperation with local governments such as Seoul and Gyeonggi-do by providing adoption boxes when adopting abandoned animals.
A Samsung Card official stated, "This contest was planned as part of ESG management to promote pet adoption," adding, "We plan to continue various campaigns to foster a proper pet culture in the future."
