The delivery app 'Coupang Eats' of the e-commerce company Coupang has recovered from a system failure. Coupang Eats announced that the system failure was resolved around 12:30 PM on the 10th.
On that day, the service was delayed due to an error just before lunchtime. The failure lasted for about an hour. As a result, users, delivery riders, and partner restaurants experienced inconvenience. Coupang Eats explained, "A system failure occurred where orders were not being generated in the customer app."
